We will use the most advanced technology available to make our database the most accessible in the industry. NRMA will continually handle the sensitive information afforded to its members in a legal manner that meets or exceeds government regulations and industry standards.

Core Values

  • A continually strengthening Retail Member Advisory Board challenged to be a positive force in the retail industry.
  • Collected information from retailers will only be comprised of theft incidents relative to the needs and demands of the retail industry.
  • Only fully verified theft incident data will be disseminated. All transmissions and usage will be in full compliance with applicable Federal, state, and local laws.
  • Partnership agreements will be upheld with regard to a member’s obligation of submitting and verifying theft incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
